Between 1996 and 1998, American indie pop group Micro Mini released a full-length album, CD album and two singles. This included Overseas, a limited edition single.
Overseas was recorded by John Auer at Barbara’s Basement, while the flip-side Heir Apparent [Acoustic] was recorded by Matt Warren at KGRG. These songs later became Micro Mini’s final single.
What proved to be Micro Mini’s final single was released as a limited edition of 400 by Seattle-based independent record label Sonic Boom Recordings in 1997. After that, Micro Mini released their sophomore album in 1998, Get In The Go-Go Cage. That was the end of the road Micro Mini after a short-lived recording career that lasted just two years.
