Review: Matt Warren – Music Is My Life

Matt Warren, a native of Chicago who is also known for his engineering work for stars like Bjork, Faith Evans, and KMFDM  has just released his new record, Music Is My Life.

It’s a fitting title as he puts it. He has lived and breathed music for the last forty years. The record is filled with sexy house beats and Latin flavor. Matt puts his special touch, as each track offers something different.

Even though it’s the middle of October, I can feel the heat coming off tracks like “La Rosa” and “How Do I Love Thee”. Each track sends me into a trance and makes me want to go to my local disco and dance my ass off.

If you love the sounds that come out of your local club’s speakers, you will totally dig Matt Warren’s latest record, Music Is My Life.
